PAUL MACLER (President) - Mr. Macler has
over 35 years experience in the metals industry, having resided in Asia for
the past 20 years. A prior New York State Small Business Person of the
Year Award winner, he is a sought after expert in the development of
strategic business initiatives in Asia. A decorated military officer
and prior advisor to governmental and university economic boards and
committees, Mr. Macler resides in Beijing, China.
MARK MACLER
(Vice President) - Mr. Macler joined the firm in 2002, having a
history in the private equity and strategic planning arenas.
He has structured over $1 billion in transactions and was a
prior Director level of an S&P 500 company by the age of 28.
A graduate of Villanova University's College of Commerce and
Finance, Mr. Macler manages the U.S. activities of the firm and
leads its competitive intelligence and market research
